Prof. Dr. Mc Kinney : Transboundary water agreement must be flexible

Prof. Dr. Mc Kinney  participated and made a very valuable presentation on"the impact of climate change on water security of transboundary basins.Application of thechnological tool" in the International Conference Hydrodiplomacy and Climate Change for Peace in Mesepotamia. The conference was hold by Medurable and Senat in Paris in 10 December 2018.
